Description
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for processing and interpreting data, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and improve business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Manager Products & Analytics, in managing data-related initiatives.
- Clean, pre-process, and prepare data from donor management systems for analysis.
- Deliver ongoing and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards, visualizations, and specialized performance reports for senior management.
- Apply analytical methods to generate insights that drive organizational decision-making.
- Track and monitor KPIs on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and global partners on data analysis and validation projects, fulfilling cross-departmental data requirements.
- Provide systems support to the Business Development team for campaign implementation.
- Lead system automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan, strategize, and execute initiatives to meet evolving system requirements.
- Test, monitor, and modify systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
- Ensure detailed procedures/data dictionary and definitions pertaining to each dashboard/report that has been created in Power BI or otherwise has been documented and stored on a stored space for easy knowledge sharing. Any process/report that is highlighted in the process inventory (as shared by the Risk Team) should also be documented and trainings to be conducted to train the team.
Required Skills
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL AND Power BI
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective time management.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboard development.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.
