About me

My name is Nora Marketos and I've spent 15+ years leading multi-million dollar social impact initiatives across Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, most recently designing and leading a CHF 30M+ annual portfolio at the Jacobs Foundation focused on quality education, EdTech and evidence-based programs.

I founded PurposePhil Career to bring that same rigor to how talent and organizations find each other in this sector. I split my year between strategic consulting on collaborative strategies for foundations and social impact organizations, mentoring mid-senior professionals, and running a boutique hotel on the Greek island of Kefalonia, where I practice what I preach about portfolio careers and work-life integration.
