1-on-1 Career Mentoring

Focus areas:

• Defining Your North Star: Strategic career direction for foundation/EdTech/consulting roles
• Developing Your Voice & Visibility: CV and LinkedIn optimization for the sector
• Creating a Values-Aligned Portfolio that pays off: Portfolio career design (combining different income streams allowing for joy, rest, flexibility and income)
• Application strategy and interview preparation

Format: Single sessions (1h) or 3-session packages (3h)

Investment: €300/hour or €800 for 3 sessions

Experience: 15+ years in foundations, international development, and strategic partnerships, mentored over 50 mid-level and senior professionals.
