Location: Field Visits Across Targeted Governorates (Cairo & Alexandria)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Employment Type: Full-time

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Educate Me Foundation is looking for a passionate and organized Project Coordinator to support the smooth implementation of project activities. The role includes both office-based coordination and regular field follow-up with schools, trainers, and local teams.

The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with different teams to ensure effective communication, logistics, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• A good understanding of refugee contexts and community-based work is required

• Coordinate project activities, logistics, and field operations

• Organize trainings, meetings, transportation, and materials preparation

• Support communication with teachers, volunteers, and field coordinators

• Follow up on schedules, documentation, and internal reporting

• Maintain organized records and support project implementation across different governorates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in coordination or administrative work

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
