Our model involves partnering closely with the govt. and working with the ICDS anganwadi network to roll out products and drive policy.

We are looking for a state lead for one of our largest state of Maharashtra.

It's a fantastic opportunity with at-market compensation to become a leader in the space, lead RL's initiatives across all 36 districts of the state along with the advocacy at the state level.

Who are we looking for?

A leader with 7-10 years of experience who can:

- Scale our most important initiatives with passion and purpose

- Bring experience in govt advocacy, team management, cross-functional collaboration; Deeply curious and humble

- Get excited about using data to guide day-to-day field operations

- Ability to lead people/projects across levels and cross-functional teams

- Fluent in written and verbal Marathi
