At Beaj Education, we’re on a mission to make high-quality learning accessible through simple tools like WhatsApp. As thousands of users interact with our courses, there are stories hidden in the data about how learning actually happens.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can help us uncover those stories.
👉 The Role:
➡️ Dig into data from Beaj courses - usage + assessments.
➡️ Answer big questions like: are we seeing learning gains? How are we measuring them? Where do users get stuck? What do they love?
➡️ Benchmark our results against the world’s best practices in edtech and learning.
➡️ Experiment with AI/Machine Learning approaches in data science—whether you already have this experience, or you’re excited to learn alongside our senior data science advisers.
➡️ Turn insights into beautiful, easy-to-read reports, one-pagers, and infographics, so that both our own team and the world beyond can understand what we’re learning.
👉 What we’re looking for:
✅ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis (education data, product analytics, or both).
✅ Comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, R or Python, as well as data visualization tools.
✅ Strong ability to create clear, simple visualizations and reports.
✅ A storyteller’s mindset - able to turn raw numbers into insights people care about.
✅ Experience (or interest) in AI/Machine Learning applications in data science.
This is a part-time role (up to 15 hrs/week). Perfect for someone who’s curious, creative, and passionate about using data for good.
