🌍 The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative and visionary #Director of #Programmes to play a pivotal leadership role in this ambitious, fast-moving organisation. You’ll lead Choose Love’s high-performing global programmes team and drive a strategy that enables rapid and effective response to humanitarian emergencies, while also supporting transitions into more protracted crises.

Operating at the intersection of #humanitarian response, communications and fundraising, you’ll ensure Choose Love’s programmes remain innovative, responsive and accountable to the communities and grassroots partners they exist to support.

✨ You Bring

- Extensive leadership experience within the humanitarian sector

- Deep understanding of forced displacement and its global drivers

- A strong track record in grant-making and partner management

- Experience of leading confidently at pace while bringing people together across teams, regions and disciplines

- Strong relationship building and communication abilities, with an understanding of the power of integrating programmes, fundraising and storytelling to drive meaningful change

- Experience working with community-led and grassroots organisations

- A proven ability to influence, build partnerships, and operate at senior levels

- An entrepreneurial mindset, solutions focus, adaptability

- Deep commitment to Choose Love’s values and to centring the voices, expertise and leadership of displaced people in everything you do.
