a. Job Listings and Applications: If you apply for a job through the direct application form, the information you submit may be shared with the employer posting the job listing.

b. Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform and providing our services. We use a third-party AI subprocessor to provide automated resume parsing. This subprocessor does not use your data to train its underlying models. It retains resume data for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

c. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

d. International Transfers: Some candidates and employers in our network may be located outside the European Union (EU) and the UK. When we share your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

• We only share data with your consent for specific job opportunities
• We inform you when your data will be shared with organizations outside the EU/UK
• Candidates voluntarily provide data knowing it may be shared internationally for employment opportunities

Resume parsing involves transferring your data to a subprocessor located in the United States. This transfer is carried out under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Talent Pool Profiles: We periodically review talent pool activity to keep profiles current. This process is automated: a profile is considered inactive if you have not logged in for 365 consecutive days. Inactive profiles, and the associated account, are automatically and permanently deleted; this cannot be reversed. You may delete your profile at any time by logging in and selecting 'Delete Profile.' We recommend logging in periodically if you wish to remain in our talent pool.

Resume Parsing Data: Resume content processed through our automated parsing technology is retained by our subprocessor for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

Job Applications: Application data shared with employers during specific job searches is retained only for the duration of the search process. After the search concludes, we delete search-specific information unless you remain in our general talent pool with ongoing consent.

Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
