About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to drive AVPN’s impact investing initiatives, deepen engagement with key stakeholders, and enhance AVPN’s positioning in the Asian markets. This role requires a strong understanding of impact investing, ecosystem-building, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

● Working with the Chief Impact Investment Officer, Implement strategic projects and programme for the vertical;

● Assist with research related to members and stay updated on trends in impact investing and philanthropy

● Maintain and manage internal data on impact investing members and prospects, ensuring accurate records to support team engagement and strategic outreach

● Prepare high-quality partnership decks and proposals to engage stakeholders and communicate AVPN’s value proposition effectively

● Support with developing talking points for meetings and events

● Assist in the planning and execution of events

● Develop and execute marketing strategies to position AVPN as a thought leader in impact investing, including creating compelling LinkedIn posts and newsletters

● Support team members in different verticals where required

● Organise and schedule meetings and appointments

Requirements

● 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or impact investing

● You communicate effectively and work with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.

● You pay attention to minute details of projects and tasks to ensure excellence

● You are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities.

● You are well-organized in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines

● You can work in a small team and be flexible according to overall needs

● You have experience in social media management and relationship management a plus
