About the Role
As Chief of Staff to support our Executive Team in driving strategic and operational alignment across the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, representing the Director in internal and external settings, and helping scale the organization’s impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly organized, and a clear communicator.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Executive Team
- Coordinate high-priority projects across teams
- Support the creation of executive communications, reports, and presentations
- Streamline internal operations and decision-making processes
- Represent the Organization in internal and external meetings, as needed
- Anticipate and address organizational risks and blockers
- Contribute to long-term planning and implementation of strategic goals
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms)
- Experience in business operations or analysis is a plus

- Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities

Work Location and Travel
- Open to candidates based in India
- Remote work with flexibility
- Occasional travel to attend team (meet-ups/sprint) or partner meetings
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and aligned with our nonprofit pay structure and is expected to be in the range of 12 - 24 LPA
