Why hybrid working?
Our approach to hybrid working is part of our strategy for collaboration, shared learning, healthy challenge and holding each other to account. Whilst we are still developing our longer-term approach and working through strategic change as we are learning, we are keen for all staff to be in the office three days minimum for full-time and two days minimum for part-time staff. Being together supports deep thinking, relationship-building, and more intentional progress.
As we continue to deepen our relationships with our partners, we are also looking at ways of making our physical building more available to others, and this means that our staff will also have more opportunities to meet with our partners. Our office, is in Holland Park near shops and parks, offers great amenities including a large kitchen, showers, lockers, and bright workspaces. While we value in-person work, we also recognise the benefits of home working and offer two remote days per week for staff working full-time. All staff work flexibly around core hours of 10am–4pm.
