· Support the Program team with monitoring and evaluation tasks, beneficiary database management, report preparation, and other data processing activities in collaboration with the M&E department.
· Maintain close oversight of program implementation at replication sites within Mexico City, conducting regular visits to monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide ongoing support to ensure quality and consistency across locations.
· Support cross-functional tasks and respond to emerging program needs as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as political science, economics, psychology, or talent management. An advanced degree is a plus. Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience managing and providing technical support to international development, youth development, education, or workforce development programs.

· Strong systemic thinking ability, with demonstrated capacity to analyze complex problems and propose viable, strategic solutions.
· Experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, including experience with international organizations and direct work with at-risk youth in Mexico.
· High level of independence and accountability, with the ability to manage responsibilities while coordinating with remote teams.
· Results-oriented approach, capable of managing work based on program goals, indicators, and timelines, with minimal supervision.
· Excellent program coordination and team leadership skills, combined with a keen attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.
