The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical support to the Education Section at UNICEF Cambodia with research, data analysis, reporting, planning, and proposal development.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
Minimum requirements:
- An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or above) in a relevant field such as education, public policy, international development, or related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and reporting in education
- Demonstrable experience of producing analytical papers/documents in the education sector, preferably in a low- or middle-income context
- Conversant with UN and UNICEF policies, programmes and processes in education
- Competent in data analysis and statistical packages, including Excel and Stata
- Experience in Cambodia or Southeast Asia an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
