Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Project activities are implemented in a timely manner according to detailed implementation plan.
- Lead community consultation, community awareness, and training sessions and ensure all the beneficiaries of children 3-17 years old are not excluded from the project.
- Ensure ECCD children, primary school children and adolescents have access to community learning Hubs/Libraries along with the planned activities.
- Lead the work plan development of the project team, educators and ensure the preparation of the children is well-planned in advance.
- Provide technical suggestions and guidance as needed to all educators.
- Attend the capacity building training provided by the technical team, partners and donor.
- Analyse budget spending and revise the detailed implementation plan as necessary to meet project targets
Quarterly monitoring visits are completed for quality improvement.
- Monitor the project activities with written documents and report to the project M&E, project manager and project technical persons.
- Assessments are accurate and finished on time as planned.
- Provide daily/regular monitoring of the project areas and ensure all the activities are implemented as planned by using the checklists and tools.
- Ensure all the accurate quantity and quality data are collected on time.
- Host donors and National Office staff’s field visits.
- Regular and ad hoc reporting is done timely as requested by supervisors and donors.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports, and support project manager in developing quarterly report, annual report and donor report as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2–3 years' experience in similar role in education project.
- Experience in working closely with local CBOs and education partners with good relationships.
- Good facilitation skills, observation skill and problem-solving skill
- Comfortable handling group of people and ability to employ and adapt modern learning techniques
- Microsoft office skills
- Able to communicate in English and Myanmar both speaking and written
- Able to communicate in local language (desirable)
- This position is based in Mandalay office and involves frequent visits to target locations.
