Implementation Manager (Contract)
Verdant is seeking experienced Implementation Managers to support large-scale education and public-sector transformation projects across the GCC. This contract-based role is ideal for professionals with a background in education, government, policy, or consulting who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. A strong preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic–English).
About the Role
Implementation Managers at Verdant work closely with government entities, school networks, international partners, and on-the-ground delivery teams to ensure that programs are executed to a high standard. You will support day-to-day project delivery, stakeholder engagement, data collection, quality assurance, and the development of tools and materials that drive measurable impact for learners, teachers, and systems.
Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in education, public sector delivery, consulting, or large-scale program implementation
• Strong understanding of K-12 systems, workforce development, or public-sector reform
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, especially in government or school networks
• Highly organised with strong project management, communication, presentation, and data skills
• Bilingual Arabic–English preferred
• Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and thrive in fast-paced environments
