About the Role
The Central Delivery Excellence team plays a critical role in driving education transformation across state governments by ensuring high-quality project delivery, strong user adoption of products, and measurable on-ground impact.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery, insights, product, and government engagement, acting as a strategic and executional bridge between internal teams and state stakeholders. The members will be responsible for ensuring contractual delivery, revenue realization, actionable insights generation, and sustained education outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
Key Objectives
Drive education transformation for state governments through data-backed insights and solutioning
Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects in line with RMU commitments, SLAs, and contractual goals
Support business growth and revenue realization by ensuring successful implementation and closure
Ensure high user adoption and sustained usage of deployed education products
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enable policy and operational change
Actively hand-hold state stakeholders to drive adoption and impact on the ground
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Ownership
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple state-level education projects
Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met
Track user engagement goals and delivery milestones
Lead crisis management, risk mitigation, and rapid issue resolution
Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making
Deeply analyze data to generate insights, trends, and impact narratives
Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis and problem-solving
Translate complex data into clear stories, dashboards, and recommendations
Measure on-ground impact and education outcomes post deployment
Government & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key interface between state governments and internal teams
Present insights and recommendations to senior government stakeholders
Enable change management by supporting adoption and behavior change
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with government counterparts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Tech, QA, Data, Product, Business, and Growth teams
Translate state requirements into actionable product or delivery inputs
Align internal priorities with external delivery realities
Field Engagement
Travel regularly to state capitals and project locations
Work closely with on-ground teams to ensure implementation effectiveness
Support training, adoption, and feedback loops from users
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution
Preferred: B.Tech / B.E / Master’s degree
Open to candidates with strong backgrounds in Liberal Arts, Economics, Statistics, Education, or Public Policy
Experience
5–10+ years of relevant experience (flexible based on band)
Mandatory experience working with government, education systems, or public sector institutions
Prior exposure to education, public policy, or social impact programs is essential
Strong preference for candidates from:
Consulting or problem-solving roles
Program management or delivery excellence roles
Data-driven or analytics-heavy environments
