That belief sits at the heart of The Sweaty Betty Foundation and as the organisation enters its next chapter, we are seeking the leader who will help shape what comes next.

Since launching in 2021, the Foundation has partnered with communities, schools and grassroots organisations to break down the barriers preventing girls from getting active and thriving. Now, with growing ambition and an evolving funding landscape, the Foundation is looking to appoint its next Executive Director.

The incoming Executive Director will lead a small, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation’s future, strengthening governance, growing and diversifying income, and building trusted relationships across trustees, partners and corporate stakeholders.

We’re particularly keen to connect with experienced charity leaders who bring:

• Senior leadership experience within the charity sector, including board engagement and governance oversight

• A track record of growing and diversifying income

• Grant-making and impact oversight experience

• Confidence operating across corporate and community environments

• A deep commitment to advancing equity for women and girls
