Communication & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences
- Produce engaging, high‑quality content for reports, presentations, and digital channels
- Facilitate knowledge exchange and support learning sessions
- Manage and improve knowledge‑sharing tools and systems, including the effective use of digital solutions
Your Profile
- University degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Communication or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), ideally combined with experience in communication
- Experience with MEL tools, including Power BI, KoboToolbox, mobile data collection systems, and data visualization platforms, and an openness to AI‑enabled analytics or automation tools
- Excellent analytical, data management, and storytelling skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and French; German is an asset
- Experience working with NGOs, foundations, or development programs in the Global South and/or experience in the cocoa sector
- Strong interest in sustainability, rural development, agriculture, or the cocoa sector
- Hands‑on, structured, and able to work independently in a small team
- Valid Swiss work permit is required
What We Offer
