At EduSpots, we believe that communities themselves can design, lead and sustain transformative learning. Since 2015, our network has grown to 50 community-owned learning hubs across Ghana, led by more than 700 local Catalysts who are reimagining education through local leadership and collaboration.
Now we're looking for an Early Years Education Coordinator to help shape the next chapter of our EduKidz programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about play-based learning, early childhood development and community-led education to:
🌟 Develop engaging early years curricula and learning challenges.
🤝 Mentor and support local Catalysts leading EduKidz clubs.
📱 Build an active learning community through WhatsApp and the EduSpots App.
👨👩👧 Lead a new strategic focus on strengthening parental engagement.
📚 Help create child-friendly community learning spaces across our growing network.
As we work towards expanding from 50 to 100 Spots, reaching thousands more learners across Ghana, you'll play a key role in ensuring our youngest learners develop the curiosity, confidence and creativity to flourish.
We're particularly excited to hear from applicants who believe that the best learning happens through play, relationships, local leadership and community ownership.
📍 Location: Ghana-based, remote with occasional travel
