About Us:
Oluko Learning is an early-stage nonprofit incubated at Cambiar Education. We are a learning innovation organization determined to make every learner known and every strength count.
Our flagship product, New Insights, is a strengths-based signal system that maps 30+ foundational Power Skills, including motivation, curiosity, metacognition, collaboration, and persistence, across curricula, content areas, and MTSS frameworks. It gives educators a continuously updated, actionable picture of how each learner engages and grows, and connects those signals directly to instructional strategies. Insight drives action, not just documentation.
Grounded in years of collaborative research with learners, educators, and caregivers, we launched our first school-facing product this fall.
