About the Program
The Together Project aims to reduce the number of out-of-school children by offering educational grants to those who are not currently enrolled or are at risk of dropping out due to financial constraints. As part of our national development efforts, we are offering a unique opportunity for a Qatari fresh graduate to join the team as a Trainee Program Officer.
Role Purpose
As a Trainee Program Officer, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting day-to-day operations of the Together Project. This includes working on program coordination, tracking activities, engaging with partners and schools, analyzing data, and contributing to impactful educational initiatives. This role offers an excellent entry point into the non-profit and development sectors.
What You Will Do
- Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and documentation
- Support internal coordination and external partner communication
- Participate in school visits and stakeholder engagement
- Collect, organize, and analyze project data
- Help prepare progress reports, summaries, and evaluation materials
- Support meeting logistics and project documentation
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and implementation tools
- Participate in team initiatives, brainstorming, and problem-solving
- Engage in learning and development as part of the trainee experience
What We Are Looking For
- Qatari national with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a meaningful cause
- Basic understanding of the education or non-profit sector is a plus
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
