About the Role
Education Above All (EAA) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Education Specialist to contribute to the Innovation Development (ID) team. This role involves delivering technical expertise across the design, implementation, and evaluation of education pilots and initiatives. Key areas of contribution include content development, program support, research, and knowledge-sharing.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine technical content for ID education-focused innovations
• Design training materials and deliver capacity-building workshops
• Create implementation tools including guides, frameworks, assessments, and online resources
• Lead the development of program evaluations and M&E strategies
• Support partnership development through proposal writing and onboarding
• Collaborate with partners to design and execute education plans
• Conduct field visits to monitor progress and ensure quality delivery
• Compile and prepare reports on program implementation and outcomes
• Conduct landscape analyses to inform future innovations
• Assist in research, publications, and visibility through relevant platforms
• Contribute to the rollout and content of the IFERB website
• Identify collaboration opportunities and build synergies with other initiatives
• Provide writing and communication support as needed
• Perform additional tasks aligned with ID’s strategic objectives
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Master’s degree in Education, International Development, or a related field (Education preferred)
• Experience: 8–10 years in the education sector, with hands-on experience in curriculum design, teaching, and program implementation

• Deep understanding of education trends, research methods, and program design
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Resilient and composed under pressure, with sound judgement and accountability
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, dynamic environments
