Literacy Pirates is commissioning an independent external evaluation of the Virtual Ship, our online literacy programme for children aged 8 to 13.
We know our programme has a positive impact. Now we want to strengthen our evidence base and are looking for a research partner to help us do that.
We’re particularly interested in proposals that use the National Pupil Database to compare the SATs outcomes of the children we work with to a matched comparison group, but we’re open to hearing from providers about what they think is achievable.
If you have experience in education evaluation, National Pupil Database analysis or mixed methods research, we’d love to hear from you.
